Become an Ambassador

Crowned Scouts serve as ambassadors for healthy living by growing vegetables in the Crowned Garden, distributing fresh produce to schools and childcare centers, and educating other children on the importance of nutritions diet.

Develop New Skills

By participating in this program, kids will develop valuable skills in gardening, teamwork, and leadership, all while making a positive impact on their communities.

48 Hour Scout Training:

To become a Crowned Scout, participants must complete an immersive 48-Hour Scout Training that covers the following areas:

Gardening & Agriculture Basics
• Understanding soil health and plant nutrition
• Hands-on training in planting, watering, and harvesting crops
• Sustainable gardening techniques and pest management

Nutrition & Healthy Living
• The role of fresh vegetables in a healthy diet
• How diet impacts hair loss, obesity, and overall well-being
• Cooking demonstrations using harvested produceScout

Leadership & Procedures
• How to be a positive role model in the community
• Leadership strategies for teaching peers about healthy eating
• Responsibilities of a Crowned Scout, including community engagement

Community Service & Outreach
• Delivering fresh produce to local schools and childcare centers
